How long does it take?+
About two minutes of your time. The paintings finish in the background while you write the letter.
Do I need their photo permission?+
Yes. You need the consent of everyone in every photo you upload, and gift subjects must be adults, no photos of minors.
What happens to our photos?+
Your source photos are automatically deleted 14 days after delivery. The paintings we make from them are yours to keep.
What if the paintings don't look like us?+
You approve your portraits before paying a cent, with a few free re-rolls to get them right. Not-quite-right paintings can be re-rolled (up to three per gift). Because every gift is custom-made art, all sales are final.
Does it work on any phone?+
Yes, the whole thing is built phone-first, from upload to the finished gift.
Can I edit the letter?+
Every word. It's your letter, we just help it look beautiful.
